Welcome Home!
HomeGrown HideAways is a 100 acre farm located 12 miles from Berea, Ky in the hills of Red Lick Valley. We offer an ecological retreat for folks interested sustainability, conservation, and the beauty of the natural environment.
We have RV hook-ups that are powered by BlueGrass Energy's
EnviroWatts program and our bath house employs energy & water conservation features such as low-flow shower heads, compact flourescent lighting, and a water heater blanket for our
solar-heated showers.
For entertainment, we have hiking trails, bird-watching, mushroom hunting, a nearby reservoir for fishing & swimming, campfire cooking, star-gazing, and a pool table. What we do not have: cell phone service, internet, or television.
