Looking to host a class, meeting, workshop, shower, or other daytime gathering? Prices will vary based on the number of people, type of event, time of year, and day of the week, but we're happy to discuss options if you don't see exactly what your're looking for on our listings page. Spaces available include:

Wedding

HomeGrown HideAways isn't your standard wedding venue. If you're looking for glitz and glamour with chandeliers and carriage rides, we're probably not your vibe, but if you want a whimsical, woodsy wedding with wildflowers and a bonfire, then you should probably contact us to schedule a tour. Packages include:

Retreat

Planning a weekend or week-long retreat for groups of 2 to 200? We've got options! For multi-day retreats that require lodging, we have 5 glamping units with a total of 18 beds for up to 30 heads. We also have 4 sites with water and electric that can be used for tents, RVs, etc, plus ample primitive camping.

Choose from exclusive whole-farm use with all the amenitites to no-frills, off-grid minimalism

Weeknight Service (Sun - Wed, 2pm - midnight) $1800*

Simply Saturday Service (8am - midnight) $3000*

Exclusive use of the farm from 8am-midnight.
Choice of location for wedding ceremony.
Ceremony & Reception space for up to 120 guests (additional guests with fee).
Use of fully-equipped community farmhouse for the caterer and wedding party.
Bathhouse with four (4) flush toilets and two (2) showers available for wedding guests.
30' x 75' Pavilion with stage, bar, dancefloor, picnic tables, and electricity.
Open vendor policy (we're happy to offer suggestions).
Wedding night lodging included for the wedding couple. Additional lodging for guests may be purchased separately.

Weekend Package (noon Fri - noon Sun) $5,500*

Exclusive access to the venue from noon Friday to noon Sunday.
Ceremony & Reception space for up to 120 people (additional guests with fee).
All lodging options included with the exception of the Wabi Sabi Studio.
Guests may check-in after 4 on Friday.
Use of fully-equipped community farmhouse for the caterer and wedding party.
Bathhouse with four (4) flush toilets and two (2) showers available for wedding guests.
30' x 75' Pavilion with stage, bar, dancefloor, and electricity.
Picnic table reception seating for up to 120 guests.
Choice of location for wedding ceremony.
Open vendor policy (we're happy to offer suggestions).

Weeknight Package (4pm Sun - noon Thurs) $5,500*

Exclusive access to the venue from 4pm Sunday to noon Thursday.
All lodging options included with the exception of the Wabi Sabi Studio.
Use of fully-equipped community kitchen for the caterer and wedding party.
Bathhouse with four (4) flush toilets and two (2) solar-heated showers available for wedding guests.
30' x 75' Pavilion with stage and electricity.
Picnic table seating for 120 guests.
Choice of location for wedding ceremony.
Open vendor policy (we're happy to offer suggestions).

Week-Long Destination Package $9,500*

Bring your friends and family together for a relaxing, week-long escape!
Exclusive access to the venue from 2pm Wednesday to 2pm Tuesday.
All lodging options included with the exception of the Wabi Sabi Studio.
Use of fully-equipped community kitchen for the caterer and wedding party.
Bathhouse with four (4) flush toilets and two (2) solar-heated showers available for wedding guests.
30' x 75' Pavilion with stage and electricity.
Picnic table seating for 120 guests.
Choice of location for wedding ceremony.
Open vendor policy (we're happy to offer suggestions).

Add-Ons & Payment Plan*

$1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your date. Payment options available, but no refunds for cancellations less than 90-days prior to the event. Full balance is due no later than 30 days before event.
For weddings/events between 120 - 200 guests, add $500.
Large bonfire at the Pavilion = $125/fire.
Brunch Buffet = $35/person, up to 20 people.
Small catering options for bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, or meals for up to 20 guests can be discussed.

* Prices do not include 6% sales tax, lodging tax, or service charges.

Check out our friends at Go Go Glamping - they'll set up readymade sites for your event! There are also several other Airbnb rentals near us as well as B&Bs and Hotels in town.

Day-Use Options, Retreats, and Other Events

Event Spaces for Day Use Only

Looking for a unique venue to host a book club, art class, family gathering, workshop, meeting, or other gathering doesn't require overnight accommodations? You've come to the right spot. Below are the current options and suggested uses, but you can find all the details for pricing, amenities, additional photos, and make booking requests through PEERSPACE.

Whole Farmhouse (extremely limited availability due to lodging guests). Includes kitchen, dining, restrooms, and event space.
2nd Floor Multi-Purpose Room for classes, meetings, and other small group events. Includes A/V equipment for presentations.
Pavilion with stage, dancefloor, bar, and 15 picnic tables, plus access to the outdoor kitchen, bath house, playground, creeks, hiking trails, and yard games. Excellent for summer gatherings such as graduations, reunions, birthdays, and other milestone events.

Overnight Retreat for up to 30 people

Group Camping Options

Got a group that likes to camp? This secluded, off-grid (no plumbing or electric) package includes our Yome Away from Home and the Nook, along with extra space for tents. The Yome can sleep 6 and the Nook can sleep 10. If you have more than 16 people, please book additional primitive campsites for the rest of your group, 20 people max. In consideration of other guests, please be advised that access to the Community Farmhouse is limited.

Guided Tours and Other Visits

Do you have a homeschool group, scout troop, garden club, art class, forestry students, or other small group looking for a unique field trip opportunity? Whether you're interested in homesteading, renewable energy, forest ecology, alternative construction, or anything else we do here on the farm, we'd love to show you around!

Because these tours take time out of our busy schedules, they need to be scheduled in advance and we request a suggested donation of $25/hour (maximum of 20 people per tour). Email Jessa@HomeGrownHideAways.org to schedule your visit.
